The Plenary Session of the Constitutional Court has rejected the appeal for protection presented by Joaquim Torra y Pla against the sentences of the TSJ of Catalonia and the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court, by which he was convicted as the author of a crime of disobedience ( art. 410 CP ).
